- Prepared tomato sauce200 ml
- Palm oil to taste
- Olive oil to taste

- Cut a tomato, half of each pepper and the onion in brunoase.
- Cut the remainder into slices, place the clay pot to heat, drizzle with olive oil and sauté the first part cut into small cubes, then add the tomato sauce.
- While the first part is sautéing, blend the dry coconut with 500 ml of water in a blender and drain in a sieve.
- Second step, make the bed with onions, peppers and hearts of palm, repeat the sequence using all the ingredients.
- Drizzle with a portion of the extracted coconut milk and add a little salt and cover the pan for a few minutes.
- Then, remove the lid if you need to add a little more coconut milk, adjust the salt and the chopped seedless pepper (qb) cook for a few more minutes and drizzle with a little palm oil and finally finish with the coriander chopped.
