- Heart of palm peach palm in natura1 unit(s)
- Sliced fresh Shitake3 unit(s)
- Fresh Shimeji1/2 cup
- Sour cream80 g
- Chopped Onion1/3 cup
- Whole milk50 ml
- Chopped Garlic1 teaspoon
- Butter ghee1 teaspoon
- Ground black pepper to taste
- Sea Salt to taste
- Olive oil to taste
- Heat half the butter in a pan and brown the onion and garlic well.
- Add the rest of the butter and add the mushrooms, salt and pepper. Sauté.
- Add sour cream and milk and mix. When February starts hit the salt and turn off the fire.
- Blend the sauce in a blender or mixer until smooth. Reserve.
- Cut the heart of palm stalk into three parts and cook for 3 minutes in boiling water.
- Grill the hearts of palm in a non-stick pan greased with olive oil. Season with salt.
- Spread the sauce on a plate and accommodate the pieces of palm. Garnish with sautéed mushrooms, if desired.
