- Wheat flour400 g
- Sugar2 teaspoon
- Organic Dry Yeast1 teaspoon
- Salt1 teaspoon
- Olive oil60 ml
- Water220 ml
- Tomato Peeled200 g
- Buffalo Mozzarella1 unit(s)
- Onion/leek (optional)1 unit(s)
- Oregano1 pint
- Heat the water without letting it boil, the temperature should be ok enough not to burn your finger
- Portion the yeast and sugar, add the water, stir with a spoon and wait 5 minutes.
- This little mixture should foam, the step is important to ensure the softness of the dough
- In a medium bowl, add the flour and mix with the salt.
- Add the oil to the yeast mixture and stir with a spoon.
- Pour the liquid mixture into the flour
- Stir with a spatula and then knead with your hands in the same bowl.
- The dough should be smooth, knead for approximately 5 minutes.
- Make a ball with the dough, leave it in the bowl, cover with a dry dish towel.
- Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 200°
- Chop the ingredients you will use in the filling, the ones I put are a suggestion
- Let the dough rest for at least 1 hour
- After that, open the pizzas calmly without using the roll in the forms, open with your hands
- This recipe yields 2 medium pizzas!
- Add the fillings you want and bake :)
- Keep an eye out to remove them when they have a light golden background.
- Serve and share with the guys!
