- Put a liter of milk in a pan and bring to a boil. When it starts to boil, turn off the heat and let it cool down for 7 minutes. In another container, place the yogurt and a ladle of the already “warm” milk and mix everything very well. Then put everything in a pan and mix again very well. Transfer the mixture to a container with a lid, wrap in a napkin and leave in the oven for 8 hours or until the next day. Take it to the fridge and then it's ready to serve with fruit or the way you prefer.
