- potato500 g
- sour cream200 g
- butter2 tablespoon
- salt0 to taste
- Peel the potatoes and cut into pieces to facilitate the operation in the ricer.
- Boil water in a large pot.
- Add the cut potatoes and leave for 15 minutes, or until they are very soft to be squeezed.
- Squeeze the potatoes into a bowl and set aside.
- In a large pan, put two tablespoons of butter and when it is melted, put the squeezed potatoes and stir well.
- Add the cream and mix until smooth.
- Adjust the salt and turn off the heat before boiling or burning at the bottom of the pan.
- Place the puree on a serving platter and your puree is ready to be served.
- 📍 Tip: If you want the puree softer, add a little milk. Once ready, if you want, you can also put some grated Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley in the dough and also over the puree on the platter.
