- Coarse soy protein300 g
- Tomato sauce2 to taste
- Minced Garlic2 tablespoon
- Onion1 unit(s)
- Cumin1/2 tablespoon
- Mozzarella cheese200 g
- Breadcrumbs1 unit(s)
- Salt to taste
- Worcestershire sauce4 tablespoon
- Oregano to taste
- Pressure cook soy protein with approx. 100 ml of vinegar for 5 minutes after getting pressure
- Squeeze the protein by removing the water
- Sauté the garlic and onion, when it is golden add the protein, the tomato sauce, the cumin, the Worcestershire sauce and the salt, add a little water if you prefer and let it boil well, stirring for about 5 minutes.
- Straight from the sauce, put each meatball in the breadcrumbs and breading
- Fry in very hot oil!
- Place in a glass baking dish or whatever you have, in layers interspersing protein, tomato sauce and cheese, place as many layers as you want
- The sauce, put in a colander and use the drained sauce
- Bake in microwave oven set in 14 minutes, gas oven was running out of gas so I used microwave.
- Bon appetite, it was great accompanied by cabbage salad. God blesses!
