  • Coarse soy protein300 g
  • Tomato sauce2 to taste
  • Minced Garlic2 tablespoon
  • Onion1 unit(s)
  • Cumin1/2 tablespoon
  • Mozzarella cheese200 g
  • Breadcrumbs1 unit(s)
  • Salt to taste
  • Worcestershire sauce4 tablespoon
  • Oregano to taste
  1. Pressure cook soy protein with approx. 100 ml of vinegar for 5 minutes after getting pressure
  2. Squeeze the protein by removing the water
  3. Sauté the garlic and onion, when it is golden add the protein, the tomato sauce, the cumin, the Worcestershire sauce and the salt, add a little water if you prefer and let it boil well, stirring for about 5 minutes.
  4. Straight from the sauce, put each meatball in the breadcrumbs and breading
  5. Fry in very hot oil!
  6. Place in a glass baking dish or whatever you have, in layers interspersing protein, tomato sauce and cheese, place as many layers as you want
  7. The sauce, put in a colander and use the drained sauce
  8. Bake in microwave oven set in 14 minutes, gas oven was running out of gas so I used microwave.
  9. Bon appetite, it was great accompanied by cabbage salad. God blesses!
