- Mushroom Paris50 g
- Shimeji100 g
- Shitake100 g
- soy sauce30 ml
- Roasted sesame oil10 ml
- Garlic15 g
- Soybean oil15 ml
- Salt1 to taste
- Sesame20 g
- Clean and trim the nirá sauce (cut off the underside of the stalks as it is very fibrous)
- Chop the garlic, mushrooms and nirá
- In a skillet over high heat, heat the oil, brown the garlic, nirá and mushrooms.
- Deglaze with the shoyu and, if necessary, adjust the salt
- Lower the heat, add the toasted sesame oil and the toasted sesame seeds.
