- Flour or Oat Bran200 g
- Whole wheat flour150 g
- Salt1 teaspoon
- Cane molasses2 tablespoon
- Olive oil2 tablespoon
- Organic Dry Yeast1 tablespoon
- Warm water 1 cup and a half1 cup
- Mix the whole wheat flour, oat flour and salt in a bowl.
- Then put the yeast, a spoon of oil and molasses and mix.
- Then add the warm water little by little and mix well. Until you get a consistent mixture.
- Then let it rest in the bowl for 10 minutes.
- Then put all the dough in a greased shape with 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
- And compress all the dough in the form. If you prefer, you can sprinkle oatmeal, chia or sesame seeds on top, to decorate.
- Leave to ferment at room temperature for 40 minutes or until the dough has doubled in size.
- Then place in a preheated oven for 30 to 40 minutes or until golden.
- After roasting, wait for it to cool completely, then your recipe will be ready.
