- Medium zucchini3 unit(s)
- Olive oil3 tablespoon
- Ricotta200 g
- Buffalo mozzarella200 g
- Nutmeg to taste
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Edible flowers / Fresh herbs or sesame to garnish. to taste
- Wash and dry the zucchinis. Remove the ends. Thread the zucchini lengthwise through the mandolin until you have 12 strips.
- Heat the oil in the frying pan and quickly scare each strip of zucchini without letting it wither. Reserve.
- Place the cheese in the multiprocessor and add the seasonings, pulse until you get a homogeneous mixture for the filling.
- On a cutting board, arrange the zucchini strips in the shape of an X. Place the amount of stuffing you want in the center of the X, but be careful that it does not overflow when closing.
- Decorate with an edible flower, herbs of your choice or even sesame seeds.
- Serve cold as a starter or finger food.
