- Rice1 cup
- Boiling water3 cup
- Chopped Onion1/2 unit(s)
- Olive oil to taste
- Peeled Tomato1 cup
- Burrata1 unit(s)
- Roasted sliced almonds to taste
- Salt, black pepper and parsley to taste
- Saute onion in oil. When golden, add the rice and sauté.
- Add the peeled tomato, salt, pepper and water. Cook until the rice is soft and turn off the heat while the rice is still bouncy.
- Finish with green smell. Transfer the rice to a refractory, place the burrata in the center and the toasted almonds. Drizzle with a drizzle of olive oil!
