- Peruvian apple1 teaspoon
- Chia seed1 teaspoon
- Sesame seed1 teaspoon
- Guarana Powder1 teaspoon
- Dried blackberries. to taste
- Place all ingredients in a blender and blend for a few seconds.
- Serve with dried fruit on top to decorate.
- All of these ingredients are organic, sugar-free and natural. In the case of a heavy training, you can add 1 or 2 organic free-range eggs
