- Peeled Japanese pumpkin is cut into medium cubes750 g
- Wheat for kebab2 cup
- Garlic2 unit(s)
- Olive oil4 tablespoon
- Syrian Pepper1 teaspoon
- Salt2 teaspoon
- Black pepper1/2 teaspoon
- Mint1/2 cup
- Green smell1/2 cup
- Chopped Onion1/2 unit(s)
- Season the pumpkin cubes with salt and garlic, drizzle with olive oil and bake until tender.
- Place the wheat in a bowl and cover with hot water and let it hydrate until all the water is gone.
- In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well until smooth.
- Grease a platter with olive oil and spread the kibbeh dough, make superficial cuts, drizzle with olive oil and bake until golden.
- Serve warm with a salad.
