- Lemon pepper to taste
- Olive oil1/2 cup
- Start by sautéing the tomato sauce and seasoning with salt and black pepper.
- Slice all the vegetables
- Place the sauce on a platter and start by interspersing the vegetables, one slice on each side.
- Season with salt, black pepper and lemon pepper and drizzle well with olive oil.
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees until the vegetables are soft.
