- Washed and drained rice.2 cup
- Crushed garlic2 teaspoon
- Olive oil2 tablespoon
- Oregano1 teaspoon
- Water5 tablespoon
- medium carrots grated on coarse grater2 unit(s)
- Water4 cup
- Chopped parsley sprig2 unit(s)
- Salt to taste
- In a pan, sauté the rice with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, 1 tablespoon of the crushed garlic, salt to taste, add the 4 cups of water and cook.
- In a pan, add the grated carrot, the rest of the olive oil, the crushed garlic, oregano and a pinch of salt. Saute and add 5 tablespoons of water. The point is Al dente.
- After the rice is cooked, add the carrot sauté, add the chopped parsley, mix gently and place in a refractory.
