- Salt, smoked paprika and turmeric1 teaspoon
- Parsley to taste
- Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth. It will be necessary to help with the spoon from time to time.
- Assemble the balls and flatten them slightly to turn into a disc. Place on a greased baking sheet (or oil), brush a little olive oil over the falafel, and place in the oven for 40 minutes (turning halfway through).
- If you want to freeze, assemble the falafel and put it in a pot also greased with olive oil or oil without overlapping or touching one another and take it to the freezer.
