- Fresh champignon mushrooms to taste
- Olive oil to taste
- Salt to taste
- Cheeses to taste
- Herbs to taste
- Clean the mushrooms with a napkin. Do not wash with water.
- Remove the stalks and reserve.
- Season with salt and drizzle with a little oil. Add your favorite cheeses as a filling. My suggestion is catupiry + parmesan. Add your favorite herbs: a sprig of rosemary, basil, oregano... Choose the one you like best. They all fit together well here.
- Place the stuffed mushrooms and stalks in aluminum foil. Drizzle with a little more oil. Close the aluminum foil making a bundle and take it to the oven at 180° Let it bake for around 15 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and carefully open the aluminum foil. Enjoy your food!!!!
