- Portobello mushrooms300 g
- Butter (vegans can use olive oil)1 tablespoon
- Worcestershire sauce (vegans can use soy sauce)2 teaspoon
- Chives to taste
- Garlic Cloves2 unit(s)
- Mini tomatoes150 g
- Melt the butter in a hot skillet
- If the mushrooms are large, cut them in half. Put the mushrooms and let them toast
- Add the grated garlic and let it brown a little.
- Bring I Worcestershire sauce and stir well so that the mushrooms absorb the sauce
- Turn off the heat and add the tomatoes, mix well. And finish the chives.
