- Wash the bell pepper, cut in half and remove the seeds.
- Butter the inside of the pepper
- Put the grated Parmesan cheese inside the bell pepper
- Add parsley too
- Place the egg on top and finish with salt, black pepper, thyme and a drizzle of olive oil.
