- Bacon50 g
- Salt, Oregano, Olive Oil, Green Scent and Black Pepper to taste
- First, cut the potatoes into four pieces and cook until al dente. Reserve. Cut the tomatoes in half, slice the onion and the bacon into cubes.
- Put all the ingredients in a refractory, add the seasonings and put a drizzle of olive oil in every shape. Bake until the potatoes are golden.
