Roasted Vegetables with Crispy Seeds

- Potato2 unit(s)
- Carrot2 unit(s)
- Zucchini1 unit(s)
- Tomato2 unit(s)
- Olive oil to taste
- Salt to taste
- Cayenne Pepper to taste
- Green onions1 tablespoon
- Basil to taste
- Mixed seeds2 tablespoon
- Grated Parmesan Cheese2 tablespoon
- Cut all the ingredients into small cubes and season with salt, pepper and a spoon of olive oil. Mix the green onions and basil.
- Spread everything in a shape and throw the grated cheese over the vegetables.
- To finish, put the seed mix (preparation of @clubedocereal). The mix contains: pumpkin, sunflower, linseed, chia and lightly toasted sesame seeds.
- Place in preheated oven and leave on medium heat for about 20 minutes. Then just serve and enjoy this healthy recipe :-)
