- Small Japanese cucumber, thinly sliced1 unit(s)
- Red and Yellow Cherry Tomatoes14 unit(s)
- Mix of coarsely torn iceberg lettuce leaves10 unit(s)
- Parmesan cheese shavings to taste
- Olive oil1 tablespoon
- Dijon mustard1 teaspoon
- Filtered water1 dessert spoon
- Sea salt to taste
- Ground black pepper to taste
- Prepare the salad dressing by emulsifying (mixing well until smooth) the oil, mustard and water, season with salt and pepper. Reserve.
- On a platter of your choice, arrange the lettuce leaves, arrange the cucumber slices, tomatoes and cheese.
- Finish with the mustard sauce on top and serve immediately.
