- Fresh Paris Mushroom sliced in half12 unit(s)
- Butter ghee1 tablespoon
- Sea Salt to taste
- Chopped Parsley to taste
- Heat a non-stick frying pan and add the butter.
- When very hot add the mushrooms little by little and fry until they are cooked and well golden, season with salt.
- Finish with the parsley and serve next.
