- Tomato sauce150 g
- Olive oil1 teaspoon
- Chopped red onion1 tablespoon
- Chopped red pepper1 tablespoon
- Yellow pepper1 tablespoon
- Egg2 unit(s)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Mozzarella cheese to taste
- In a hot skillet with oil, sauté the onion and peppers.
- Add the tomato sauce and as soon as the vegetables are raised, add the eggs, season with salt and pepper to taste, lower the heat and cover.
- Cook for 5 minutes. Finish with cheese and green smell.
- Serve with toast.
