- Shiitake500 g
- Shoyu (Soy Sauce)5 tablespoon
- Sake2 tablespoon
- Finely chopped onion1/2 unit(s)
- Minced garlic2 unit(s)
- Olive oil to taste
- Butter to taste
- Salt and Prime to taste
- Chives and parsley to taste
- Sugar to taste
- In a frying pan put some oil and butter.
- Put the finely chopped onions with a pinch of salt so that it can release a little more of its flavor
- Then add the garlic and stir until golden.
- With the pan hot, add the mushrooms already cut and stir so they cook evenly.
- On low heat, add a small pinch of sugar so that it can be slightly caramelized.
- Put the soy sauce and mix
- Then add the sake and cook for about 2 minutes on low heat so the alcohol evaporates.
- Taste and season with salt and pepper.
- Turn off the heat and add the chives and parsley to taste!
