- Shimeji500 g
- Small Onion1 unit(s)
- Garlic Clove2 unit(s)
- Shoyu2 tablespoon
- Oyster Sauce2 tablespoon
- Olive oil1 tablespoon
- Salt and Green Scent to taste
- First clean the shimeji and cut the stalks so they are loose in the pan. Then put the oil, chopped onion, garlic in a pan and sauté.
- Then add the shimeji, soy sauce and oyster sauce, check if you need more salt and sauté for another 5 minutes, finally add the green smell. Serve hot.
