- Half a pumpkin1 unit(s)

- I started by peeling the pumpkin. I cut into cubes.
- In a pan put a drizzle of oil and fry the garlic. Add the pumpkin, salt and pepper to taste.
- Stir from time to time. As soon as it starts to pick up at the bottom. Add some water and cover the pan. Leave for 5 minutes until the pumpkin is soft. Finally add parsley. And then the stir-fry will be ready
