- Black pepper to taste
- Green smell to taste

- Vinegar50 ml

- Soak the soy protein in water for about 8 hours
- Remove soy protein from water
- Cook the protein submerged in water for 5 minutes after boiling - with vinegar and lemon
- Mix the cooked soybeans with all the other ingredients that have not yet been used.
- Make balls with the formed dough
- Place in a greased form with olive oil
- Leave in the oven at 200°c for 30 to 40 minutes.
