- Soak the soy protein in boiling water for 20 min. Soon after the time, drain it, rinse and squeeze well to get very loose. Put the soy and all the ingredients and mix well, when it is well mixed you can continue with your hand so that you can turn a very straight dough. Make balls and take it to Air frye for 20 min at 180 degrees, or if you prefer you can fry in oil. Note: instead of wheat flour, you can use almond or coconut flour, or another one of your preference.
