- Sanitized large portobello mushroom3 unit(s)
- Ricotta Cream2 tablespoon
- Chopped Onion1 tablespoon
- Green Spice to taste
- Sea salt to taste
- Ground black pepper to taste
- Grated Parmesan to taste
- Olive oil1 dessert spoon
- Remove the stalk and core of the mushrooms and set aside.
- Cut off the stalk and core of the mushrooms and set aside.
- In a non-stick skillet, heat the oil and brown the onion.
- Add the chopped mushrooms, ricotta cream, green seasoning, salt and pepper and mix well, cook for about 3 minutes.
- Stuff the mushrooms with the sauté from the skillet and cover with the Parmesan.
- Place in the oven or on the grill and roast until the mushrooms are ready.
