  • Sanitized large portobello mushroom3 unit(s)
  • Ricotta Cream2 tablespoon
  • Chopped Onion1 tablespoon
  • Green Spice to taste
  • Sea salt to taste
  • Ground black pepper to taste
  • Grated Parmesan to taste
  • Olive oil1 dessert spoon
  1. Remove the stalk and core of the mushrooms and set aside.
  2. Cut off the stalk and core of the mushrooms and set aside.
  3. In a non-stick skillet, heat the oil and brown the onion.
  4. Add the chopped mushrooms, ricotta cream, green seasoning, salt and pepper and mix well, cook for about 3 minutes.
  5. Stuff the mushrooms with the sauté from the skillet and cover with the Parmesan.
  6. Place in the oven or on the grill and roast until the mushrooms are ready.
