- Cumin / paprika / garam masala / salt1 teaspoon
- Curry2 teaspoon

- Coconut milk (200 ml bottle)2 unit(s)
- Water1 cup
- Cooked chickpeas2 cup
- Lemon (juice)1 unit(s)
- Salt to taste

- Chop the onion and tomato (without the seeds) in medium cubes. Also chop the garlic into cubes. Peel the sweet potato and also cut into medium cubes.
- In a pan with the oil, add the salt, cumin, garam masala, paprika and curry. Cook, stirring constantly, for 1 minute. Add the onion and garlic and sauté until golden. Add the tomatoes, stir well and sauté for 10 minutes with the pan closed, stirring occasionally so it doesn't burn.
- Add the sweet potato, a little more salt, coconut milk, water, stir well and cook with the pan closed for another 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Then add the chickpeas, stir well and cook for 10 minutes with the pan open and another 5 minutes with the pan closed (also stirring occasionally).
- Turn off the heat, add the lemon juice, stir well and it's ready. Serve with white rice and enjoy!
