- Chopped seedless tomato200 g
- Chopped Onion1 unit(s)
- Chopped Japanese Cucumbers2 unit(s)
- Lemon Juice1 unit(s)
- Nuts50 g
- Almonds50 g
- Raisins to taste
- chopped mint to taste
- chopped parsley to taste
- Chickpeas to the tooth150 g
- Raw grated carrot1 unit(s)
- In a container, soak the wheat for 2 hours.
- Wash the wheat well under running water, drain and squeeze in your hands to remove excess moisture.
- Rinse the chopped onion under cold water and drain well.
- Add the other ingredients (except the tomato) and leave covered in the fridge for at least 8 hours.
- Add the grated carrot tomatoes sprinkle almond nuts if you prefer put raisins when serving, it's a super fresh delight for the summer
