- Tapioca2 tablespoon
- Egg1 unit(s)
- Cheese15 g
- Salt to taste
- Line a skillet with tapioca and place over low heat.
- When the tapioca starts to get hard, turn it over.
- In another skillet, make the scrambled egg and add salt to taste.
- Turn the tapioca over again, add the cheese and the scrambled egg on one side only.
- Fold the tapioca in half and enjoy :)
