- Tomatoes2 unit(s)

- Diced Mozzarella150 g
- Olive oil0 to taste
- Salt0 to taste
- Black pepper0 to taste
- Cut the vegetables into medium thick slices - season with salt and pepper to taste and a drizzle of olive oil and set aside.
- Open the sheet of puff pastry and trim the ends to make it square - place the vegetables and fold the dough over the vegetables so that the middle is open.
- In a preheated oven at a medium temperature, bake the galette while it is still cold.
- When it starts to brown, remove it from the oven, place the Mozzarella cubes and drizzle with a little olive oil and return to the oven for the cheese to melt and finish golden.
- Serve warm - it's delicious!
