- Coarsely grated Parmesan cheese2 tablespoon
- Butter1 tablespoon
- Salt to taste

- Chopped Onion1/2 unit(s)
- Chopped Olives2 tablespoon
- Parsley to taste
- Chives to taste
- Beat two egg whites and reserve.
- Beat in the blender 2 whole eggs, milk, butter, rice flour and salt.
- Then add the dough, the snow whites, carrots, onions, olives, parsley and chives in a bowl.
- Arrange the dough in cupcake molds, put grated cheese on top.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180° until golden.
