- Large Tomato1 unit(s)
- Chili1/2 unit(s)
- Onion1 unit(s)
- Garlic Clove4 unit(s)
- Carrot1 unit(s)
- Butter3 tablespoon
- Green Smell40 g
- Salt, Chimichurri and Olive Oil to taste
- First cut the carrot and zucchini into thick slices, and cook until al dente. In another pan put a drizzle of olive oil and add the garlic cut into slices and the onion into large cubes to brown.
- Add the green pepper and let it cook too. When it is almost aldente, add the carrots, zucchini and tomatoes to brown.
- Add salt, butter, Chimichurri. Mix well and let the butter melt. Lastly put the green smell and mix well and turn off the fire.
