- Salt to taste
- Butter2 tablespoon
- Onion1 unit(s)
- Wash and sanitize the vegetables. Peel the carrot and onion. Zucchini and potatoes can have the skin on. Chop the vegetables and set aside.
- Preferably cook the potatoes, zucchini and carrots in a steamer until the desired point is reached.
- In a pan (I use a non-stick wok) add the butter and a drizzle of oil. Put the chopped onion and wait for it to start to "sweat". Put the other vegetables and add the salt and soy sauce. Add oregano and other seasonings of your choice. Stir slowly. Ideal to accompany that rice in a light and delicious meal. Enjoy your food!!!
