- Pre-cooked broccoli1 cup
- Box of Sollys Soy Cream1 unit(s)
- Olive oil1 tablespoon
- Crushed Garlic Cloves2 unit(s)
- In a saucepan, bring 4 cups of water to a boil. When it starts to boil, dissolve the vegetable broth and the cream onion soup and keep it on low heat while you prepare the risotto. In another pan, put the oil and garlic and sauté the rice and flaxseed. Add the saffron, the carrot and little by little pour the hot broth, stirring the risotto until all the broth is used up. When the rice is al dente and moist, remove from heat. Add broccoli and soy cream. Serve immediately.
