- Olive Oil, Salt and Seasoning to taste
- In a large frying pan, put a little olive oil over medium heat, then add the onion and garlic to saute. Place the watercress over the stew and mix a little.
- Let it cool down a bit. Add the eggs, taking care that the yolks stay whole, put the lid on to cook the egg.
- Turn off the fire when the egg is completely ready. It depends on your taste if you want it soft, medium or hard.
