  • Garlic Clove2 unit(s)
  • Onion1/2 unit(s)
  • Olive Oil, Salt and Seasoning to taste
  1. In a large frying pan, put a little olive oil over medium heat, then add the onion and garlic to saute. Place the watercress over the stew and mix a little.
  2. Let it cool down a bit. Add the eggs, taking care that the yolks stay whole, put the lid on to cook the egg.
  3. Turn off the fire when the egg is completely ready. It depends on your taste if you want it soft, medium or hard.
