- Funghi Secchi50 g
- Light cream2 unit(s)
- Grated medium onion1 unit(s)
- Butter2 tablespoon
- Dry white wine50 ml
- Salt to taste
- Macaroni500 g
- Put the Funghi to hydrate in 1 liter of boiling water. Leave for 1 hour.
- Remove the Funghi from the water and cut into strips. Reserve 1 cup of the soaking water.
- Melt the butter in a pan, add the onion and let it brown. Add the Funghi and the wine and leave until all the wine evaporates. Season with salt.
- Add the water in which the Funghi was hydrated. Mix well and add the cream and let it heat up.
- Prepare the noodles according to the package instructions and add the sauce to the funghi.
