  • Ripe cockatiel banana4 unit(s)
  • Big apple2 unit(s)
  • Chemical Yeast2 dessert spoon
  • Cinnamon powder to taste
  • Oat flakes1 tablespoon
  • Oat flour1 tablespoon
  • Whole wheat flour1 tablespoon
  • Melted unsalted butter1/2 tablespoon
  1. Preheat the oven to 180ºC. Grease a cake tin with unsalted butter and flour. In a bowl, mix the oatmeal and flour, then add the eggs, butter and milk. Mash two bananas and add the dough mixing the ingredients well. Chop the other two bananas, cut the apples into small cubes and add to the dough. Finally, put the yeast and until the dough is incorporated. Sprinkle cinnamon. Bake in the oven for approximately 40 minutes.
