- Buffalo mozzarella200 g
- Corn starch50 g
- Basil to taste
- Mint to taste
- Green Smell to taste
- Black Pepper to taste
- Salt to taste

- Grate the zucchini and place in a bowl with a little salt to dehydrate. Leave for about 15 min.
- Place the zucchini on a cloth and wring out all the liquid. Reserve.
- Grate the mozzarella
- Mix everything in a bowl, grated zucchini, grated cheese, egg, seasonings, spices and salt. Add the cornstarch little by little, the intention is to form a paste and the starch can dry out too much. See the point on the hand.

- Grease a skillet with oil and place over low heat. Make small portions in the shape of a hamburger and fry.
