- Olive Oil, Salt, Oregano, Green Pepper and Black Pepper to taste
- First cut the zucchini into slices, the peppers, the tomato and the onion into cubes, the clove of garlic mash.
- Put all the ingredients in a shape, put the seasonings and mix well, finally put the oil and bake until the zucchini water dries up or when the vegetables wither.
