- Italian Zucchinis3 unit(s)
- Mozzarella Cheese300 g
- Ham200 g
- Fresh cream1 unit(s)
- Parmesan cheese50 g
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Onion to taste
- Garlic to taste
- Tomato sauce200 ml
- Tomato Extract1 tablespoon
- Cut the zucchinis into thin slices to use as a pasta in lasagna and season with salt and pepper.
- Sauté the minced garlic and onion until golden
- Add tomato sauce
- Add tomato extract
- Then add the cream and other condiments: salt, pepper, green smell and those of your choice.
- Saute the sauce for another 3 minutes and it's ready.
- In a shape or platter, assemble the lasagna to go to the oven.
- Sauce, zucchini slices, ham, cheese until done
- Sprinkle plenty of parmesan on top and bake in the oven at 200°C for 00:25 minutes or until browned.
- Serve hot with brown rice or enriched with vegetables.
