- Zucchini (chubby and not crooked)1 unit(s)
- Mashed ricotta250 g
- Chopped basil1 to taste
- Chopped walnuts8 unit(s)
- Coarsely grated Parmesan cheese50 g
- Thick ready-made farofa or thick breadcrumbs100 g
- Wash the zucchini well; dry and cut the ends. With a mandoline; cut thin slices lengthwise.
- Mix the dented ricotta; the nuts; the basil. Season and add nutmeg. Put 3 spoons of olive oil to combine or curd.
- Put a spoon on the tip of the zucchini slice (see photo) and roll it up.
- Brush the rolls with olive oil and dip them in the mixture of grated cheese and farofa (it can be coarse breadcrumbs or breadcrumbs)
- Preheat your Airfryer and place the rolls separately; at 180° for 20'. I recommend that at 15' you take a look; according to the brand of your Airfryer; can be ready in less time. Done the process with the rest.
