- Salt to taste
- Chop the garlic, onion, parsley, and tomato separately.
- In a pan, place a spoon of olive oil, and when it is hot, add the garlic and let it brown, then the onion and finally the other seasonings. Put the salt little by little.
- Add a glass of vegetable broth and correct the salt, leave it to boil. If you prefer, use a mix to leave the sauce without a piece of seasoning and smooth
- Cut the zucchini into thin slices.Use a vegetable slicer
- Put a little sauce in a refractory and distribute the zucchini in slices interspersing with the sliced cheese. Then put the sauce and take it to the preheated oven 180°g to bake.
